Protection of citizens' rights and legitimate interests, public representation, legal awareness activities, and promotion of access to legal protection mechanisms.

The Organisation's activities are aimed at supporting individuals who require protection of their rights and legitimate interests, as well as contributing to the development of civil society, legal culture, and social responsibility.

Particular attention is given to issues arising in the field of consumer rights protection and in the relationships between citizens, businesses, financial institutions, public authorities, and local self-government bodies.

(This Agreement regulates the procedure for acceptance by the Organisation of voluntary donations and applies to all persons who make donations in favour of the Organisation)

Organisation – PUBLIC ORGANISATION "CENTRE FOR PROTECTION OF FINANCIAL SERVICES CONSUMERS' RIGHTS" (EDRPOU: 36470897).

Donor – any individual or legal entity.

Donation – any movable thing (asset), movable property (asset), property rights.

The Donor transfers, and the Organisation accepts, the Donation into ownership free of charge.

The Donor has no right to demand the return of the Donation after its acceptance by the Organisation.

The Organisation has the right to exercise ownership rights over the Donation at its own discretion and for the fulfilment of the Organisation's statutory purpose (objectives).

The value of the Donation corresponds to its market value.

This Agreement is governed by the law and legislation of Ukraine.

This Agreement is concluded from the moment of acceptance of the Donation.
The Organisation processes personal data in accordance with legislation. 

This Agreement is a public offer.
